Returns & Fulfillment Policy

National Neighborhood Watch Institute (NNWI) — in partnership with the National Sheriffs' Association

NNWI materials are produced and distributed to support official Neighborhood Watch programs and agency use.

Order Accuracy

Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully prior to submission, including:

• Product type
• Size
• Quantity
• Agency specifications (if applicable)

Returns

Due to the nature of printed and program-specific materials, returns are limited.

Returns may be considered in cases of:

• Damaged items upon delivery
• Incorrect items received

All return requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom or agency-branded materials are produced to department-specific branding and program requirements.

Production and delivery timelines for custom signage are approximately 7 weeks (±1 week).

This timeline ensures all engineering-grade reflective materials meet NNWI quality standards prior to field deployment.

Custom orders are final and are not eligible for return.

Fulfillment Standards

NNWI maintains quality control standards to ensure materials meet program expectations and field use requirements.

If there is an issue with your order, NNWI will work directly with you to resolve it appropriately.
