HOW AND WHEN DOES NNWI SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders for standard items appearing in our catalog or web site are shipped no later than the next business day following receipt of the order, by United Parcel Service.

PRICING AND THE CURRENT ORDER FORM IF MAILING IN ORDER

For many years, our order forms carry dates indicating when they are valid. Order forms from previous years will be re-priced at the current rates. Please dispose of obsolete order forms, as the pricing appearing on them may have been changed, and will not be honored.

DEFINE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DECALS AND LABELS

Both are vinyl, the difference being where the adhesive is applied. If the adhesive is on the face of the item, we call it a decal, and it is applied on the inside of windows. If the adhesive is on the back of an item, we call it a label, and it is applied on the surface, such as a mailbox.

DO YOU OFFER MOUNTING HARDWARE?

No. The mounting poles and hardware are prohibitive to ship. These can be readily obtained from your local hardware store or from your own street or highway department. Check with these agencies to coordinate your sign with your local ordinances.

DOES NNWI’S MATERIAL CARRY TRADEMARK OR COPYRIGHT PROTECTION?

Yes. A more thorough answer is contained in our sole source letter below.

DOES NNWI PROVIDE TRAINING?

NNWI provides training materials for individuals and law enforcement agencies. Your local law enforcement agency is your best source for professionally trained crime prevention officers who can assist you in setting up your program.

RESTOCKING CHARGES

Although we are careful to identify the items we sell, occasionally something is ordered in the wrong size, wrong color, is duplicated by someone else in your organization, etc. and you just want to return it. We accept these returns under the following conditions: All items are returned for a refund subject to a 15% restocking charge plus return shipment must be prepaid by the shipper. This is in addition to the original shipping cost. Signs showing mounting problems are not refundable, nor are shrink wrapped products which have been opened.
